Hygiene & Fragrance Policy

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for return. If something arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.

PALMA perfumes are extrait oil-based. For longevity and quality, store away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid contact with light fabrics. With proper care, your fragrance will maintain its character for years.
